We´ve had a quiet few days as the rest of the team went to do evangelism at carnavel (it was too dangerous for us to take the boys, and they would have seen things that are really unsuitable for children to see). so we´ve been staying with Ruth and Izaias who we met last year, they are great.
We celebrated a Brazilian birthday here (at Ruth and Izaias´) last night. Ruth and I made a big guitar cake for him, and some other stuff. These people are full of faith and have been telling us some inspirational stories, I wonder how God will want to use us?
I´ve been testing a few new recipes, for unusual juices and other stuff. The best was a banana pizza, we´ll post a recipe soon so you can all try it out. Today we´re going to go into the big park in the city centre, then we´re returning to the lighthouse to work hard again.
